KYC/AML Verification & Biometric Data Disclaimer

1. Purpose of KYC/AML Compliance

As part of our commitment to legal and ethical operations across all jurisdictions, Global Impact Collective (“the Collective”) requires all participants, contributors, and partners to undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification.

These protocols ensure:

Compliance with international financial regulations. Prevention of financial crimes, including identity theft, money laundering, terrorism financing, and fraud. Protection of participants and the integrity of the Collective's humanitarian initiatives.

2. Required Information

You may be asked to provide:

Full legal name Government-issued identification (e.g., passport, driver’s license) Proof of address Source of funds documentation Date of birth and nationality Biometric data (e.g., facial recognition or fingerprint) if required by the onboarding platform or jurisdictional regulations

This information may be collected either directly or via third-party verification providers engaged by the Collective.

3. Biometric Data Disclaimer

JWhere biometric verification is employed (such as face or fingerprint scanning), users expressly acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage, and limited use of such data for the sole purpose of identity verification.

Biometric data will never be used for behavioral tracking, marketing, or analytics. All biometric data will be encrypted and retained only for the duration required by regulatory standards or contractual obligations. Third-party providers used for biometric processing are contractually obligated to maintain compliance with applicable data privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and BIPA where applicable.

4. Data Privacy & Retention

All personally identifiable information (PII), including biometric identifiers, is processed and stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Global Impact Collective employs institutional-grade security protocols to protect all user data.

Data will be retained only for the minimum period required by regulatory authorities, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized unless further retention is legally justified.

5. Consent & Revocation

By participating in any offer or program administered by the Global Impact Collective, you explicitly consent to the collection and use of your information as described above.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting compliance@gic-information.com. However, such revocation may impact your eligibility to participate in regulated financial transactions or receive benefits through the Collective.
